Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, a small terrace to the front of the apartment is only a few steps to one of the complexes swimming pools. At the rear of the apartment is our 50m2 terrace which retains a welcomed shaded area from the sun. Immediately to the front of our terrace is a grassed area which allows for un-obsrtucted sun bathing. Shared only by one other apartment block. This area has a small retaining fence to avert young children from wandering off the edge.
